About Me

Hello Brothers, Sisters, and Friends! My name is Glenn. I have been a faithful believer in God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit for over 50 years now. During that time, I have done a great deal of time studying my Holy Bible every day. Over the years, the Lord has blessed me with increased Knowledge, Wisdom, and Understanding. In years past when I was younger and employed full-time, my daily Bible reading time was at least 2 hours per day. As the years passed by, I got old and eventually retired from employment. With all of that new-found free time on my hands, I had much more time for my studies of the Bible. Today, my normal daily routine includes anywhere from 3 to 4 hours of studying each day. Then I became interested in writing Exhortations to give in my Church. I really enjoyed that. I found that one of the best ways to learn is to study a topic and then to teach it to others. For me, doing that is very personally rewarding. And so I continued in that.

Being retired now with so much free time on my hands, I found me asking myself, “What is my purpose in life?” Jesus told his disciples in Matthew 10:8, “Freely ye have received, freely give.” This was when Jesus sent his disciples out to preach and minister to the people of Israel. And then Jesus, immediately after His ascension, commissioned the Apostle Paul and the others,” But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” Remembering that, I realized that this was my purpose on earth; to follow after their example. That is why I started this website as my means of accomplishing Jesus’ command to them.

This is a lot of work for just myself here, but it’s work that I enjoy and find very rewarding. My hope and goal here is to help you grow in Knowledge, Wisdom, and Understanding of God and Christ.
